Renowned International Advisory Committee

The IFG expert advisory committee adjudicates on design projects that are worthy of being promoted and thus the content of the designers’ work, in terms of their implementation of the guiding principle.

The architects, city planners, designers and artists involved in this adjudication offer more than just financial support to the projects. In fact, selected members of the expert advisory committee will offer intellectual mentoring and sponsorship to the designers. In doing so, the IFG offers a network, cooperation and a constant exchange of opinion to the candidates.

On November 22^nd 2007, Dr. Regula Stämpfli, the renowned Swiss political and communications scientist, was appointed the new director of the IFG expert advisory committee. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the majority of the advisory board. “With the appointment of the scientist Regula Stämpfli, the IFG expert advisory committee focuses on the international designer scene”, explains Dr. Dieter Bosch, CEO of the HfG Ulm Foundation, Managing Director of the IFG Ulm GmbH and a member of the IFG advisory committee.

At present there are nine members of the IFG advisory committee, from diverse design-related economic and scientific professions.
